My wife was rear ended at a stop light around 13 weeks pregnant. We were told by the other insurance that we would not receive help with our medical or car claim until the other driver provided their statement and reported the accident to their insurance. At that time, we searched Google for “top rated car accident lawyers in LA” and Keith’s website popped up first. His website was organized and he looked friendly. My wife wanted to meet with him. When we met Keith, he reminded us of a normal day to day person who was down to earth and truly wanted to help us. He answered all of her questions and never rushed us out of the office. He set us up with a chiropractor who was able to fix my wife’s back problem while being pregnant (a lot of them cannot do that while women are pregnant) but that chiropractor was trying to think of every therapy treatment he could do to help my wife. Keith also went out of his way a couple of times to pay the collections agency for the medical bill from the ER of the accident date and also spoke with them again when they would not talk to my wife about her account since he paid it in full while we were waiting on our settlement amount. Keith and his team are fantastic people. They are honest and hard working. We will always recommend his services to our family and friends. Thanks again to Keith and his team. I tried to work with the insurance company myself. I thought I can read, make phone calls and fill out paperwork. I waited until I finished my treatment and attempted to settle with the insurance company. I was polite, well mannered and patient… too patient. By the time I realized I was getting the runaround, it seemed to be too late. I called at least a dozen other law offices, each one turning me down because I was “too late”, however Keith had been paying attention to local laws and past judgments and was able to help me.
